I found this link to be super easy for resizing pictures.  The 540 x 720 option works best for me on this board.

just save the ics 2 ur computer then upload them if it sais its 2 big just right click and go 2 edit and it will take you to paint then stretch and skew it(resize it) ...thats what i do it takes only seconds

MS Paint can also change the type of file. We can not upload jpeg files but we can upload jpg file. Paint will fix that as well.
